Spay/Neuter Clinic Medical Equipment Fundraiser
|
Since its inception in March 2007, Fort Collins Spay/Neuter Clinic has performed 13,000 surgeries on dogs and cats for the general public and other shelters/rescues in the northern Colorado/southern Wyoming region. The Spay/Neuter Clinic plays a vital role in preventing pet overpopulation in Larimer and surrounding counties, thereby decreasing the number of admissions to shelters and reducing euthanasia rates. By offering truly affordable spays/neuters and vaccinations, especially to pets of lower-income residents, the Clinic helps make every pet a wanted and healthy pet. The medical equipment being used has graciously been loaned to the Clinic over these years; however, the Clinic is at the stage where outright purchase of this and other supplies is necessary. The professional grade of such equipment is expensive; therefore, the Clinic is asking for community help in purchasing these items to allow it to continue providing low-cost spays/neuters for thousands more dogs and cats. The total for all needed supplies is over $19,000. You can help in any of the following ways:
