Spay/Neuter Clinic Medical Equipment Fundraiser

Since its inception in March 2007, Fort Collins Spay/Neuter Clinic has performed 14,000 surgeries on dogs and cats for the public and other shelters/rescues in the northern Colorado/southern Wyoming region. Our clinic plays a vital role in preventing pet overpopulation, thereby decreasing the number of admissions to shelters and reducing euthanasia rates. By offering truly affordable spays/neuters and vaccinations, especially to pets of lower-income residents, the clinic helps make every pet a wanted and healthy pet.

We are asking for your help in purchasing medical equipment that will be used at the clinic. The professional grade of such equipment is expensive; therefore, we are seeking community help to allow us to continue providing low-cost spays/neuters for thousands more dogs and cats.

The total for all needed supplies at this time is $8,450. You can help in any of the following ways:

  • Make a donation of $250 or more. For your generosity, you will become a Clinic Champion. You'll receive a plaque engraved with your name or message which will be displayed in the clinic's high-traffic reception area, along with the message being listed on our web site. A great way to promote your business or honor a loved one while supporting the clinic.
  • Choose a specific item to purchase. There are a wide range of items and prices to choose from, thereby allowing for a donation that is within your budget.
  • Make a donation of any size. This can even be done quickly online by clicking
Click here for the form that lists all equipment and your payment options.

If you have any questions, please contact the clinic at spay-neuter@fortcollinscatrescue.org or call the clinic's main number (970) 484-1861.
